You can track the status of your order at any time in the track & trace page you receive from us. Have you not received a shipping confirmation yet? Please contact us customer service.

Immediately after completing your order you will receive a confirmation email that the order was successful. This email may also end up in your junk mail. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a message by email with all the details surrounding the shipment, such as the tracking page with which you can follow the order.

In principle, we can make changes up to shipment.

If the tracking page indicates that the order has been delivered, but is not actually in our possession, we must initiate a delivery investigation. If this is not reported to us within 14 days the consumer's right of withdrawal expires, as it is no longer possible to find out what happened to the package.

Shipping is free in Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany for all orders when you spend €100 - non-sale or more.

Yes, paying via our site is 100% safe. The pages that complete payments are secured and all transactions are protected. Credit card details are not stored by us and cannot be viewed.

Exchanges and returns

Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The original price tags have not been removed and the clothing has not been worn and/or washed. Shoes may not have visible signs of wear and a shoe box may not be used as packaging for the return.

If you return your online order, or part of it, to one of our stores, you will receive a receipt from the store. Your return will then actually be processed and refunded later.

From the moment your return has been checked and processed, you will receive the return amount within a maximum of 3 business days refunded in the same way you paid (credit card refunds may take a little longer). We will keep you informed by email about the return processing and refund.

You can assume that your child's height corresponds to the Size (depending on construction). If you want to give baby clothes as a gift at the birth of a child, you can look at the birth announcement. A birth announcement usually states the height and birth weight of the child. Keep the length for the Size and choose 1 size larger when the birth weight is above 3500 grams.

No, the stock online shows all available stock. You can enter your email address for notifications of new stock on the product page.

Our policy is as follows. At the starts of our sale, we will reimburse the difference up to 10 days in the form of a shop credit. This applies to both stores and online. We do not compensate the difference for every increase in the discount. We have to draw the line somewhere, and it is up to the customer to wait until the item is further discounted, with the risk that it will sell out.
