Option 1: Refund

We consider this option a "normal" return. You choose a carrier of your choice in the portal and directly charge the shipping label. The cost for the return is €6.95 and is at your own expense.

Once we have received and processed your return in our warehouse, the amount will be transferred back within 1-5 business days in the same way.

Option 2: Exchange

Are you completely satisfied with the article, but is the Size not good you can always exchange it (provided the correct Size is in stock). You can only exchange for another Size, Exchange for another article is unfortunately not possible. In this case, choose shop credit as your return method so you can shop for another nice item.

The cost for returns is €6.95 and will be at your own expense. The shipping costs of the new order we take for our account.

Once we have received your return and processed it in our warehouse, we will make the exchange for you. It may be that the larger Size you want to receive may be more expensive due to possible price changes. In that case we will send you a payment link for the difference.

You will then receive confirmation and tracking information of the new order.

Option 3: Shop credit

If you choose this option, you will get one back instead of money Superstellar Gift card which you can always spend in our stores or webshop. The Gift Card has no expiration date and you can use it in one or more times.

The advantage of this choice is that we also give you an additional € 5 extra on top of the return value.

As soon as we have received and process you in our warehouse, you will receive an email with the Gift Card
