Option 1: Refund

We see this option as a 'normal' return. You choose a carrier of your choice in the portal and immediately pay for the shipping label. The costs for returns are €7.25 and are at your own expense.

Once we have received your return and processed it in our warehouse, the amount will be refunded within 1-5 business days transferred back in the same manner.

Option 2: Exchange

Are you completely satisfied with the item, but is the Size If it is not good, you can always exchange it (provided it is the right one). Size is in stock). You can only exchange for another one Size, Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange it for another item. In this case, choose shop credit as a return method so that you can shop for another nice item.

The costs for returns are €7.25 and are at your own expense. The shipping costs of the new order we will take care of it.

As soon as we have received your return and processed it in our warehouse, we will arrange the exchange for you. It may be that the larger Size that you want to receive will be more expensive due to possible price changes. In that case we will send you a payment link for the difference.

You will then receive confirmation and tracking information for the new order.

Option 3: Shop credit

If you choose this option, you will receive a refund instead of a refund Superstellar Gift Card which you can always spend in our stores or webshop. The Gift Card has no expiration date and you can use it one or more times.

The advantage of this choice is that we also give you an extra €5 on top of the return value.
